It all started with putting Heathkit radio
kits together way back when I was 8 years
old.  I would order them through the mail,
waiting anxiously for their arrival.

     Then, soldering iron in hand, I would put
it all together and get the biggest thrill to
turn it on and hear the fruits of my labor
spring to life in sound!

     So in a way I've been doing this for a very long time!  Combine 
that with a God-given talent to take something complicated and explain
it in a way the average person can understand, throw in growing up
in North Little Rock, University of Missouri Bachelors Degree, several
jobs and marriages, becoming full-time caretaker for my only remain-
ing parent and beloved father, and here we are!

     Two things.  Too many of you seniors are still paying over $20.00
a month for the old, well-known dialup providers you've been with for-
ever (I know old habits are hard to break) when you can now have a
high-speed connection for around the same price! Secondly, I see too many computers that the anti-virus or anti- spyware programs are seldom if ever updated, leaving you defenseless!

     Used to be, you got a virus by opening an email attachment.  These
days it's much more sophisticated.  Now, your entire computer can be
in effect taken over, sometimes beyond repair, simply by virtue of go-
ing to a website...not clicking on anything, just visiting it to look.

     When I come to you in a service call, my work is guaranteed.  That
means if I can't fix what I came out for, there is no charge.  If your
problem is not in one of my areas of specialty, I'll do my best to refer
you to the right place.

     Also, I'd like to recommend to small business owners and pro-
